The route continues across Baralacha La, More Plains, and Tanglang La to reach Leh, transitioning from alpine valleys to high-altitude desert terrain.

After acclimatization in Leh, the journey heads north across Khardung La into Nubra Valley and then east to Pangong Lake via the Shyok corridor. The circuit returns to Leh across Chang La, covering Ladakh’s key monasteries and Indus Valley landmarks.

The final stretch follows the historic Leh–Srinagar highway through Lamayuru, Kargil, Drass, and Zojila Pass before descending into Kashmir Valley.
