Kargil to Srinagar via Zojila Pass – Distance & Travel Planning

Approx. 200 km (7–9 hours). This route involves crossing Zojila Pass with time-bound vehicle movement. Start early to align with convoy timings. Weather changes quickly here, so keep warm clothing and buffer time for delays.

Kargil to Padum (Zanskar) Road – Distance & Travel Planning

Approx. 230 km (9–11 hours). A long remote drive via Penzila Pass with limited facilities. Start early, carry fuel backup, food, and essentials. Best suited for travelers planning Zanskar exploration with buffer days.
