These terms outline the rights and responsibilities of both the traveler and Chal Banjare in relation to tour bookings, payments, cancellations, responsibilities, safety, and service delivery. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

All bookings are subject to availability and can only be confirmed once the required advance payment is received. A booking becomes valid only after a written confirmation, invoice, and digital voucher is issued by Chal Banjare through email or WhatsApp. Requests for modifications or special arrangements will be considered based on feasibility, availability, and supplier approval. Failure to meet payment timelines may result in automatic cancellation.

All tour package prices are quoted in INR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. Prices may change due to external factors such as fuel price fluctuations, hotel rate revisions, currency variations, or government regulations. Payment must be completed according to the invoice schedule to secure reservations. If the balance payment is not completed within the due date, the booking may be cancelled and advance amounts may be forfeited as per policy.

Cancellations or amendments must be provided in writing via email or WhatsApp. Applicable cancellation charges vary according to the tour package, travel season, service suppliers, and type of booking. Non-refundable components including airline tickets, permits, adventure activities, fixed reservations, and special services may carry 100% cancellation charges. Refunds, if eligible, are processed after deduction of applicable fees. No refunds apply for unused services, early departure, or no-shows.

In situations such as natural calamities, weather closures, political conditions, or force majeure, Chal Banjare will assist with alternative solutions but cannot be held financially liable beyond reasonable support.

Travelers are responsible for obtaining and carrying valid travel documents including identity proof, permits, visas, passport, and medical certificates where applicable. Chal Banjare may assist with guidance but is not responsible for delays, denials, or expenses arising from improper documentation. Travelers must comply with government travel regulations, transportation guidelines, and safety rules during the tour.

Chal Banjare works as a facilitator between clients and independent service providers such as hotels, transporters, airlines, activity operators, and travel partners. We are not responsible for injury, loss, delays, accidents, theft, or service failures caused by third parties or circumstances beyond control.

Travelers are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, baggage loss, weather disruptions, or adventure risks.

Travelers must disclose medical conditions, accessibility needs, or special assistance requirements at the time of booking. Participation in high-altitude travel, adventure sports, trekking, rafting, skiing, and similar experiences is voluntary and undertaken at personal risk.

Chal Banjare reserves the right to decline participation if it affects group safety or violates local regulations. Compliance with local laws and safety instructions is mandatory.

Itineraries may be adjusted due to weather conditions, road closures, operational requirements, safety considerations, service provider limitations, transportation delays, or unexpected situations. When adjustments are made, alternative arrangements of similar or equivalent standard will be provided where possible. Minor changes do not qualify for compensation.

All content on the Chal Banjare website including text, images, branding, design, and digital materials is protected intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, republished, or distributed without written approval. Misuse, hacking, or disruption of website operations is strictly prohibited.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Delhi courts. Both parties agree to attempt amicable resolution before legal action is initiated.
