• In Himachal Pradesh, prepaid and postpaid SIMs generally work normally.
• Network and internet may be limited in remote areas.

Remote Destination Expectations

• Electricity in remote Ladakh areas may be limited, commonly around 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
• Remote regions include Nubra, Pangong, Hanle, Tso Moriri, Zanskar, Gurez, Bungus, Lolab, Spiti, Tirthan, Lahaul and Pangi.
• Power, hot water, heating, Wi-Fi, food options and mobile connectivity may vary by property.
• Temporary disruptions may occur due to weather, altitude or limited infrastructure.
• Please clarify any specific hotel requirements before booking.

Transportation Guidelines

• Transport is point-to-point as per the confirmed itinerary and not on disposal.
• Extra sightseeing, waiting, vehicle usage or route deviations may attract additional charges.
• Travel time depends on weather, roads, traffic, military movement, water crossings and BRO work.
• High mountain passes and routes are subject to weather and road clearance.
• Routes may change due to road conditions, security, government restrictions or guest safety.
• Transport charges may change due to fuel, taxes, tolls, permits, union rates or operational costs.

Documents & Permits

• Carry original government-issued photo ID wherever required.
• Required permits must be carried for protected or restricted areas.
• Permit assistance will be provided wherever included in the package.

Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are responsible for their belongings, valuables, cash and documents.
• Any damage to hotel, vehicle, camp or equipment is payable by the guest.
• Respect local customs, religious places, wildlife and destination regulations.
• Follow photography, videography and drone restrictions wherever applicable.
• Report any hotel, driver, vehicle or service issue immediately.

Billing & Operational Policies

• Credit Card payments attract a 2.5% PayU charge and require prior intimation.
• Credit Card payment should be completed on the arrival day due to settlement time.

Cancellation Policy

• 10+ days before arrival: 100% refund.
• Within 10 days of arrival: Non-refundable.
