8 Days Ladakh Trip Overview

This 8-day Leh Nubra Turtuk Pangong Tso Moriri circuit begins with acclimatization and local exploration around Leh and the Indus Valley belt. The early part of the journey remains centered in the central Ladakh region before gradually moving north across Khardung La into Nubra Valley.

From Nubra, the route extends further toward the frontier village of Turtuk along the Shyok River corridor, offering a glimpse of Ladakh’s border culture. The journey then shifts eastward via the adventurous Agham–Shyok stretch toward Pangong Tso, entering the eastern high-altitude lake region.

The itinerary continues deeper into the Changthang plateau toward Tso Moriri, crossing remote mountain passes and high desert landscapes. On the return, the circuit passes through Tso Kar and Tanglang La before re-entering the Indus Valley monastery belt and concluding in Leh. This route forms a complete western, northern, eastern, and southern Ladakh circuit while maintaining gradual altitude transitions and geographic continuity.
