This 8-day Leh Kargil Nubra Turtuk Pangong circuit begins with acclimatization and local sightseeing around Leh. The journey then moves westward along the Leh–Kargil highway, covering monastery clusters, river confluences, and war memorial sites before returning to Leh.

The route shifts north across Khardung La into Nubra Valley, where high mountain terrain transitions into a cold desert landscape. An extension toward Turtuk explores Ladakh’s frontier region near the international border before returning to Hunder.

From Nubra, the itinerary continues eastward via the Shyok corridor toward Pangong Tso and later re-enters central Ladakh through Chang La.
