Mobile Network

• Only postpaid Airtel, Jio and BSNL SIM cards generally work in Ladakh.
• Prepaid SIM cards from other states do not work.
• Tourist SIM cards are available in Leh, subject to verification.
• Network and internet may be limited in remote areas.

Accommodation & Meals

• Package category and room category are different.
• Meals are provided according to the number of hotel nights.
• Meals follow the hotel’s fixed menu and timings.
• MAP: Breakfast and dinner.
• CP: Breakfast only.
• EP: Room only.
• AP: Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Extra bed applies to guests aged 10 years and above.

Remote Areas

• Electricity is generally available from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
• Remote areas include Nubra, Pangong, Hanle, Tso Moriri, Tso Kar, Aryan Valley and Zanskar.
• Accommodation in remote areas offers basic facilities.
• Electricity, hot water, heating, Wi-Fi, meals and mobile networks may be limited.
• Temporary interruptions may occur due to weather or local conditions.

Altitude & Health

• Rest, stay hydrated and avoid strenuous activity on arrival.
• AMS symptoms include headache, nausea, dizziness, fatigue and breathlessness.
• Report any discomfort immediately and seek medical assistance.
• Carry regular medicines and consult your doctor before travelling.
• Medical facilities may be limited in remote areas.

Transportation

• Transport is point-to-point and not on disposal.
• Extra stops, waiting time, sightseeing and route changes are chargeable.
• Travel time depends on roads, weather, traffic and BRO work.
• Routes may change due to weather, military movement or government rules.
• Revised fuel, tax, permit or union charges will be payable additionally.

Documents & Permits

• Carry an original Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving Licence or Voter ID.
• Required permits must be carried in protected areas.
• Permit assistance is provided when included in the package.

Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are responsible for their belongings and valuables.
• Property or vehicle damage is payable by the guest.
• Respect local customs, religious places, wildlife and environmental rules.
• Follow all photography, videography and drone restrictions.
• Report service concerns immediately for timely assistance.

Billing & Operations

• A 5% GST applies when a GST invoice is required.
• Government, permit and union rules may change without notice.
• Any resulting additional cost will be communicated and charged.

• 10% advance for bookings made at least 21 days before arrival.
• 30% advance for bookings made within 21 days of arrival.

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required one day before leaving the destination.
• Pay through UPI, IMPS or bank transfer.
• Credit card payments attract a 2.5% PayU charge and require prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation at least 21 days before arrival.
• Cancellations within 21 days are non-refundable.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
• Medical cancellations require supporting documents.
• No refund after check-in or during the stay.
