• In Gulmarg, outside vehicles operate only up to the designated parking area. Local transport for Gondola and internal sightseeing is chargeable.
• Extra sightseeing, routes, waiting, vehicle usage or itinerary changes may attract additional charges.

Mobile Network & Connectivity

• Postpaid Airtel, Jio and BSNL generally work in Jammu & Kashmir. Prepaid SIMs from other states may not work.
• Local tourist SIMs may be available in Srinagar, subject to verification.
• Network and internet may be limited in remote areas.

Accommodation & Meal Policy

• Package category and room category are different and mentioned separately in the confirmed Booking Voucher.
• Meals are provided as per the number of hotel nights booked.

• Electricity and services may be affected by weather, snowfall or local infrastructure.

• Power, heating, hot water, Wi-Fi, mobile network, food options and other facilities may vary by property.
• Temporary service or road disruptions may occur due to snowfall, rain, landslides or limited infrastructure.

Transportation Guidelines

• Transport is point-to-point as per the confirmed itinerary and not on disposal.
• Local sightseeing in Pahalgam, Gulmarg, Sonamarg and Gurez Valley requires Local Taxi Union vehicles and is payable directly by the guest.
• During snowfall or adverse weather, chain-fitted, 4×4, snow or local union vehicles may be mandatory and chargeable.
• Travel time depends on weather, roads, traffic, landslides, maintenance and local advisories.
• Transport charges may change due to fuel, taxes, tolls, union rates, parking or other operational costs.

Documents & Billing

• Carry original government-issued photo ID wherever required.
• If a GST invoice is required, an additional 5% GST will apply.

Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are responsible for their belongings, valuables, cash and documents.
• Any damage to hotel property, vehicles or equipment is payable by the guest.
• Respect local customs, religious places, environmental guidelines and destination regulations.
• Follow photography, videography and drone restrictions wherever applicable.
• Report any hotel, driver, vehicle or service issue immediately for timely assistance.

Booking Policy

• Minimum 30% advance required to confirm the booking.
• Remaining 70% must be paid one day before departure from Srinagar.

Payment Terms

• Preferred modes: UPI, IMPS and Bank Transfer.
• Credit Card payments attract a 2.5% PayU charge and require prior intimation.
• Credit Card payment should be completed on the arrival day.

Cancellation Policy

• 21+ days before arrival: 100% refund.
• Within 21 days of arrival: Non-refundable.
