• Anything not mentioned in the confirmed Booking Voucher is excluded and may be chargeable.

• Personal expenses, shopping, laundry, tips, snacks, beverages, extra meals, entry tickets, camera and activity charges are excluded.
• Local sightseeing in Pahalgam, Sonamarg, Gulmarg and Gurez requires Local Taxi Union vehicles and is payable directly by the guest.
• In Gulmarg, outside vehicles operate only up to designated parking areas. Local transport is required for Gondola and internal sightseeing.
• Extra destinations, sightseeing points, routes or attractions are chargeable.
• Route or itinerary changes due to weather, road closures, government restrictions or operational reasons may attract additional charges.
• Extra transportation, waiting, sightseeing or route deviations requested by the guest are chargeable.

Mobile Network & Connectivity

• Postpaid Airtel, Jio and BSNL generally work across Jammu & Kashmir. Prepaid SIMs from outside the region may not work.
• Airtel and Jio postpaid are recommended. Local tourist SIMs may be available in Srinagar, subject to verification.
• Network and internet may be limited or unavailable in remote areas such as Gurez Valley.

Accommodation & Meal Policy

• Package category and room category are different and mentioned separately in the confirmed Booking Voucher.
• Meals are provided as per the number of hotel nights booked.
• Meals follow the hotel’s fixed menu and timings.

Remote Destination Expectations

• Electricity and services in remote areas may be affected by weather, snowfall or local infrastructure.
• Remote destinations covered may include:
  • Gurez Valley (Dawar, Tulail & Chakwali)
  • Bungus Valley
  • Lolab Valley
  • Teetwal
  • Kokernag
• Power, heating, hot water, Wi-Fi, mobile network, food and other facilities may vary by property.
• Medical facilities, ATMs, fuel stations and repair facilities may be limited in remote areas. Carry sufficient cash, medicines and essentials.
• Please clarify any specific hotel requirements before booking.

Transportation Guidelines

• Transport is point-to-point as per the confirmed itinerary and not on disposal.
• Local sightseeing in Gurez Valley (Tulail & Chakwali), Gulmarg, Pahalgam and Sonamarg may require Local Taxi Union vehicles and is payable directly by the guest.
• Gurez access depends on Razdan Pass. Snowfall, landslides, weather or restrictions may affect travel and require route changes.
• During adverse weather, local union, chain-fitted, 4×4 or other authorized vehicles may be mandatory and chargeable.
• Travel time depends on weather, roads, traffic, landslides, maintenance and local advisories.
• Transport charges may change due to fuel, taxes, tolls, parking, union rates or other operational costs.

Documents & Billing

• Carry original government-issued photo ID wherever required.
• If a GST invoice is required, an additional 5% GST will apply.

Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are responsible for their belongings, valuables, cash and documents.
• Any damage to hotel property, vehicles or equipment is payable by the guest.
• Respect local customs, religious places, wildlife, environmental and destination regulations.
• Follow photography, videography and drone restrictions wherever applicable.
• Report any hotel, driver, vehicle or service issue immediately for timely assistance.

Booking Policy

• Minimum 30% advance required to confirm the booking.
• Remaining 70% must be paid one day before departure from Srinagar.

Payment Terms

• Preferred modes: UPI, IMPS and Bank Transfer.
• Credit Card payments attract a 2.5% PayU charge and require prior intimation.
• Credit Card payment should be completed on the arrival day.

Cancellation Policy

• 21+ days before arrival: 100% refund.
• Within 21 days of arrival: Non-refundable.
