Mobile Network & Connectivity

• Mobile network may be limited in remote Arunachal Pradesh. BSNL has wider coverage in many interior areas, while Airtel and Jio work well on major routes.

• Internet, UPI, and card payments may be limited in remote areas. Carry sufficient cash.

Documents Required

• Original government-issued photo ID is mandatory during the tour.
• Indian nationals require an Inner Line Permit (ILP) for Arunachal Pradesh. Valid ID, address proof, minor’s documents, and photographs may be required.
• Foreign nationals require applicable permits as per government regulations.
• No ILP is required for Assam.
• Permit processing generally takes 3–4 working days. Submitted copies must be self-attested.

Transportation Guidelines

• Carry a raincoat or umbrella, especially during monsoon.
• For Assam summers, carry sunscreen, sunglasses, cap, and sufficient water.
• Carry warm clothing, gloves, caps, and suitable footwear for high-altitude Arunachal Pradesh.
• ATMs, fuel stations, medical stores, and repair facilities may be limited. Carry cash, medicines, and essentials.
• Carry a water bottle, torch, power bank, and personal medicines.
• Travel with limited luggage for greater comfort.
• Start journeys early, as night driving is avoided on many mountain routes.
• Long mountain journeys may not suit guests with serious heart, asthma, or major knee-related conditions.

Important Travel Advisory

Booking Policy
