This 13-day Himachal Pradesh winter tour begins in Amritsar with Golden Temple, Jallianwala Bagh and the Wagah Border parade before travelling towards Dalhousie. The Dalhousie section includes Dainkund Peak, St. John’s Church, Kalatop Wildlife Sanctuary, Subhash Baoli and Panchpula Waterfall, followed by a separate Khajjiar excursion. The circuit continues from Dalhousie towards Dharamshala via Palampur and Shahpur. Dharamshala and McLeod Ganj sightseeing includes the Dalai Lama Temple, Kalachakra Temple, Dharamshala Cricket Stadium, Bhagsunag Temple and Bhagsunag Waterfall. The Manali section combines a winter excursion to Solang Valley and Sissu with a separate local sightseeing day. The Sissu route proceeds through Atal Tunnel and includes Sissu Waterfall, while paragliding, zorbing, skiing and other outdoor activities remain subject to weather and local conditions. The route then continues from Manali towards Kasol with Kullu Shawl Factory, Kullu Rabbit Farm and Manikaran Sahib Gurudwara before an overnight stay in Kasol. From there, the itinerary follows a long winter journey through Parvati Valley, Bhuntar, Kullu, Mandi, Sundernagar, Bilaspur and Solan towards Shimla, with travel time subject to fog, snowfall, traffic and road conditions.
The final sightseeing programme in Shimla includes Jakhoo Temple, The Ridge, Mall Road, Christ Church, Viceregal Lodge, Himachal State Museum and Kali Bari Temple. After the overnight stay, the 13-day circuit concludes with the transfer from Shimla towards Chandigarh Airport or Railway Station, with departure timings dependent on winter weather, visibility, traffic and local road conditions.
