• Char Dham Yatra registration is mandatory. Guests are responsible for completing registration; assistance can be provided where required.
• Helicopter tickets, VIP Darshan, special pooja and Kedarnath stay are subject to availability.
• Clear expectations before booking help ensure a safe and comfortable pilgrimage.
• If a GST invoice is required, an additional 5% GST will apply.
• Carry original government-issued photo ID wherever required.
• Airtel, Jio and BSNL generally provide connectivity, but coverage may be limited in remote Char Dham areas.
• Transport is point-to-point as per the confirmed itinerary and not on disposal. Extra sightseeing, waiting, route deviations or vehicle usage may be chargeable.
• Report any hotel, driver, vehicle or service issue immediately for timely assistance.
• Transport charges may change due to fuel, taxes, tolls, permits, parking or unforeseen operational costs.

Booking Policy

• Minimum 30% advance required to confirm the booking.
• Remaining 70% must be paid one day before departure from Srinagar.

• Credit Card payments attract a 2.5% PayU charge and require prior intimation.
• Credit Card payment should be completed on the arrival day.
