• In Mussoorie and Nainital, large vehicles may be restricted in some local sightseeing areas. Local taxis, where required, will be arranged at the guest's own cost.
• Additional sightseeing, destinations, routes, vehicle usage, waiting time, deviations, or itinerary changes will be charged extra wherever applicable.

Hotel Stay & Meals

• Hotel check-in, check-out, room category, and meal plan will be as per the confirmed Booking Voucher.
• Heating, hot water, electricity, room amenities, and other facilities may vary between hotels, especially in remote winter destinations.
• Special room or heating requirements must be requested before booking confirmation and remain subject to availability.
• Meals follow the hotel's fixed menu and timings.

Jim Corbett Safari

• Safari is subject to Forest Department permits, zone allocation, weather conditions, and operational rules.
• Original photo ID used for booking must be carried.
• Wildlife sightings are natural and cannot be guaranteed.
• Late reporting may result in missing the safari without refund.

Winter Travel

• Transport is provided point-to-point as per the confirmed itinerary.
• Snowfall, fog, frost, traffic, or road conditions may affect travel time and sightseeing schedules.
• Routes or sightseeing may be adjusted according to prevailing winter conditions.
• Local vehicles, snow vehicles, tyre chains, or additional arrangements, if required, may be charged separately.
• Additional sightseeing, waiting time, route changes, or extra vehicle usage will be charged separately.

Winter Destinations

• Remote and high-altitude areas may experience very low temperatures and temporary fluctuations in electricity, heating, hot water, and mobile connectivity.
• Guests should carry proper winter clothing, thermals, gloves, caps, and suitable footwear.

Documents & Guest Responsibility

• Original government-issued photo ID must be carried wherever required.
• An additional 5% GST applies if a GST invoice is required.
• Guests are responsible for personal belongings and any damage caused to hotel, vehicle, or equipment.
• Any service issue should be reported immediately during the journey for timely assistance.

• Booking Policy
  • A minimum advance payment of 30% is required to confirm the booking.
  • The remaining 70% payment must be completed one day before departure from Srinagar.
• Payment Options & Terms
  • Preferred payment methods are UPI, IMPS, and direct bank account transfer.
  • Credit card payments attract an additional 2.5% PayU settlement charge. Prior intimation is required, and such payments must be completed on the arrival day as settlement processing may take additional time.
• Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellation made 21 days or more before the arrival date is eligible for a 100% refund.
  • Cancellation made within 21 days of arrival will be treated as non-refundable.
