• Hotel check-in and check-out follow hotel policy. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and extra charges.
• Guests are responsible for their belongings, valuables, cash, documents, and electronic items.
• Any damage to hotel property, houseboats, vehicles, or equipment is payable by the guest.
• Guests must follow local customs, environmental rules, wildlife regulations, and destination guidelines.
• Photography, videography, and drones may be restricted at certain locations. Guests must follow applicable rules.

• During monsoon, waterfalls, boating, trekking, safaris, and activities may be restricted for safety.
• If a GST invoice is required, an additional 5% GST will apply.
• Original government-issued photo ID is mandatory wherever required.
• Mobile networks are generally good, but coverage may be limited in forests, hills, and backwaters.
• Transport is point-to-point and not on disposal. Extra sightseeing, waiting, route changes, or vehicle usage are chargeable.
• Report any driver, vehicle, hotel, or service concern immediately during the trip.
• Transport costs may change due to fuel prices, taxes, tolls, permits, or operational expenses. Any extra cost will be communicated.

Booking Policy

• Minimum 30% advance required to confirm the booking.
• Remaining 70% must be paid one day before departure from Srinagar.

Payment Terms

• Preferred modes: UPI, IMPS and Bank Transfer.
• Credit Card payments attract a 2.5% PayU charge and require prior intimation.
• Credit Card payment should be completed on the arrival day.

Cancellation Policy

• 21+ days before arrival: 100% refund.
• Within 21 days of arrival: Non-refundable.
