• During winter, sightseeing in Pahalgam, Sonamarg, Gulmarg and Gurez may require local union, chain-fitted or authorized vehicles. Charges are payable directly by the guest.
• During snowfall, Gulmarg may require a chain-fitted vehicle from Tangmarg at approximately ₹2,500 per vehicle round trip.
• Heavy snowfall or road restrictions may require 4×4, chain-fitted or other authorized vehicles at additional cost.
• Extra sightseeing, routes, waiting, vehicle usage or itinerary changes due to guest request, weather, road closures or government restrictions may attract additional charges.

• Hotel check-in/check-out is as per hotel policy. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable.
• Guests are responsible for personal belongings, valuables, cash, documents and electronic items.
• Any damage to hotel property, vehicles or equipment is payable by the guest.
• Guests must respect local customs, environmental guidelines and destination regulations.
• Photography, videography and drones may be restricted at certain locations. Guests must follow applicable rules.
• Only postpaid SIMs generally work in Jammu & Kashmir. Prepaid SIMs from outside the region may not work.
• Airtel and Jio postpaid are recommended. Local tourist SIMs may be available in Srinagar, subject to verification.

• Snowfall, black ice, avalanches, road closures or government advisories may cause delays, restricted sightseeing or itinerary changes.
• Carry adequate winter clothing, waterproof footwear, gloves, thermals, woollen caps and other essentials for sub-zero temperatures.
• Clear expectations before booking help ensure a safe and comfortable winter journey.
• If a GST invoice is required, an additional 5% GST will apply.
• Carry original government-issued photo ID wherever required.
• Transport is point-to-point as per the confirmed itinerary and not on disposal.
• Winter sightseeing in Pahalgam, Gulmarg, Sonamarg and Gurez Valley may require local union, chain-fitted or authorized vehicles at additional cost.
• During heavy snowfall, Gulmarg may require a chain-fitted local vehicle from Tangmarg, payable directly by the guest.
• Snowfall may require 4×4, snow, chain-fitted or other authorized vehicles at additional cost.
• Winter travel time depends on snowfall, roads, traffic and government advisories. Do not rely only on online map timings.
• Report any hotel, driver, vehicle or service issue immediately for timely assistance.
• Transport charges may change due to fuel, taxes, tolls, union rates, snow-related expenses or unforeseen operational costs.

Booking Policy

• Minimum 30% advance required to confirm the booking.
• Remaining 70% must be paid one day before departure from Srinagar.

Payment Terms

• Preferred modes: UPI, IMPS and Bank Transfer.
• Credit Card payments attract a 2.5% PayU charge and require prior intimation.
• Credit Card payment should be completed on the arrival day.

Cancellation Policy

• 21+ days before arrival: 100% refund.
• Within 21 days of arrival: Non-refundable.
