5 Days Uttarakhand Trip Overview

This Do Dham helicopter journey begins from Delhi with a spiritual introduction in Haridwar along the Ganga River. The route then transitions toward Dehradun, which serves as the aerial gateway into the higher Himalayan pilgrimage circuit.

From Dehradun, the itinerary moves into the Kedarnath valley via helicopter, including a brief halt at Sersi for shuttle transfer due to terrain limitations. This segment provides direct access to the high-altitude shrine and surrounding sacred sites within the Kedar region.

The journey continues across the Garhwal Himalayas from Kedarnath to Badrinath, passing over prominent peaks and transitioning from the Mandakini valley to the Alaknanda river basin. This aerial route connects two major dhams efficiently while showcasing Himalayan geography.

After Badrinath, the route returns to the lower Himalayan foothills, followed by a road transfer toward Rishikesh along the Shivalik ranges. This segment shifts from high-altitude terrain to river valleys and spiritual towns along the Ganges.

The final day focuses on exploring Rishikesh before returning to Delhi, completing a well-structured pilgrimage circuit covering plains, foothills, and high Himalayan regions through a mix of road and helicopter travel.
