10 Days Sikkim Trip Overview

The journey begins with arrival at Bagdogra or NJP, followed by a scenic drive along the Teesta River valley ascending into Gangtok, the capital city of Sikkim.

From Gangtok, the route heads north into the remote region of North Sikkim, gradually climbing through forested slopes to Lachen and further toward the high-altitude Gurudongmar Lake near the Tibetan plateau.

The journey then descends southward through alpine valleys to Lachung, where the Yumthang Valley and Zero Point region are explored before returning to Gangtok.

A separate excursion from Gangtok follows the historic Silk Route corridor to Nathula Pass with stops at Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir before shifting the route westward across Sikkim.

The itinerary continues toward Ravangla and Pelling in West Sikkim, transitioning from high-altitude northern terrain to panoramic Himalayan slopes with monastery and waterfall regions.

From Pelling, the journey crosses into West Bengal through forested mountain roads and tea garden landscapes to reach Darjeeling.
