Mobile Network & Connectivity

• Postpaid Airtel, Jio and BSNL generally work in Ladakh. Prepaid SIMs from other states may not work.
• Local tourist SIMs may be available in Leh, subject to verification.
• Network and internet may be limited or unavailable in remote Zanskar areas.

• Package category and room category are different and mentioned separately in the confirmed Booking Voucher.
• Meals are provided as per the number of hotel nights booked.

Remote Destination Expectations

• Electricity in remote Ladakh areas may be limited, commonly around 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
• Zanskar includes Padum, Rangdum, Panikhar, Purney, Gamok Rangan, Karsha and Stongde.
• Hotels, guest houses, camps and homestays provide basic facilities; power, hot water, heating, Wi-Fi, food and mobile connectivity may vary.
• Temporary service or road disruptions may occur due to weather, altitude or limited infrastructure.
• Medical facilities, ATMs, fuel stations, pharmacies and repair facilities are limited. Carry sufficient cash, medicines and essentials.
• Please clarify any specific hotel requirements before booking.

Documents & Permits

• Carry original government-issued photo ID wherever required.
• Required permits must be carried for protected or restricted areas.

Transportation Guidelines

• Transport is point-to-point as per the confirmed itinerary and not on disposal.
• Extra sightseeing, waiting, vehicle usage or route changes may attract additional charges.
• Travel time depends on roads, weather, BRO work, landslides, water crossings and traffic.
• Pensi La, Shinku La and other Zanskar routes may close due to snowfall, landslides, floods or maintenance.
• Routes may change for safety or road conditions.
• Transport charges may change due to fuel, taxes, permits, union rates or operational costs.

Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are responsible for their belongings, valuables, cash and documents.
• Any damage to hotel, vehicle, camp or equipment is payable by the guest.
• Respect local customs, monasteries, religious places, wildlife and local regulations.
• Follow photography, videography and drone restrictions wherever applicable.
• Report any hotel, driver, vehicle or service issue immediately.

Billing & Operational Policies

• If a GST invoice is required, an additional 5% GST will apply.
• Changes in government, permit, union or operational rules may result in additional charges.

Booking Policy

• 21+ days before arrival: Minimum 10% advance.
• Within 21 days of arrival: Minimum 30% advance.

Payment Terms

• Balance payment must be completed one day before departure from the destination.
• Preferred modes: UPI, IMPS and Bank Transfer.
• Credit Card payments attract a 2.5% PayU charge and require prior intimation.
• Credit Card payment should be completed on the arrival day due to settlement time.

Cancellation Policy

• 10+ days before arrival: 100% refund.
• Within 10 days of arrival: Non-refundable.
