• Extra sightseeing, routes, waiting, vehicle usage or itinerary changes due to guest request, weather, road closures or government restrictions may attract additional charges.

• Hotel check-in/check-out is as per hotel policy. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable.

• Traffic, landslides, weather, road diversions and pilgrim rush may affect the itinerary.
• Kedarnath and Badrinath Yatra registration is mandatory. Guests are responsible for completing registration; assistance can be provided where required.
• Helicopter tickets, VIP Darshan, special pooja and Kedarnath stay are subject to availability.
• Clear expectations before booking help ensure a smooth and comfortable pilgrimage.
• If a GST invoice is required, an additional 5% GST will apply.
• Carry original government-issued photo ID wherever required.
• Airtel, Jio and BSNL generally provide connectivity, but coverage may be limited around Kedarnath and other remote areas.
• Transport is point-to-point as per the confirmed itinerary and not on disposal. Extra sightseeing, waiting, route deviations or vehicle usage may be chargeable.
• Report any hotel, driver, vehicle or service issue immediately for timely assistance.
• Transport charges may change due to fuel, taxes, tolls, permits, parking or unforeseen operational costs.

Booking Policy

• Minimum 30% advance required to confirm the booking.
• Remaining 70% must be paid one day before departure from Srinagar.
