• Remote hotels provide basic facilities; power, hot water, heating, Wi-Fi, mobile network and food options may vary.
• Mountain roads and passes such as Rohtang, Kunzum and Sach Pass may close or divert due to weather, landslides or government advisories.
• Clear expectations before booking help ensure a smooth and comfortable journey.
• If a GST invoice is required, an additional 5% GST will apply.
• Carry original government-issued photo ID wherever required.
• Airtel, Jio, BSNL and Vi generally provide connectivity, but coverage may be limited in remote and high-altitude areas.

Booking Policy
