• Spiti is a high-altitude destination. Stay hydrated, acclimatize gradually and avoid strenuous activity during the initial days.
• Medical facilities, fuel stations, ATMs and repair services are limited. Carry sufficient cash, medicines, power banks and essentials.
• Kunzum Pass, Chandratal and other high-altitude routes may close due to snowfall, landslides, weather or government advisories.
• Clear expectations before booking help ensure a smooth and comfortable journey.
• If a GST invoice is required, an additional 5% GST will apply.
• Carry original government-issued photo ID wherever required.
• Mobile connectivity may be limited or unavailable in remote parts of Spiti.
• Transport is point-to-point as per the confirmed itinerary and not on disposal. Extra sightseeing, waiting, route deviations or vehicle usage may be chargeable.

Booking Policy

• Minimum 30% advance required to confirm the booking.
• Remaining 70% must be paid one day before departure from Srinagar.
