• Documents & Permits: Carry original government-issued photo ID such as Aadhaar, Passport, Driving Licence or Voter ID wherever required.
• Transport: Ladakh transport is point-to-point as per the confirmed itinerary and not on disposal.

• Service Concerns: Report any hotel, driver, vehicle or service issue immediately for timely assistance.

Booking Policy

• 21+ days before arrival: Minimum 10% advance.
• Within 21 days of arrival: Minimum 30% advance.

Payment Terms

• Balance payment must be completed one day before departure from the destination.
• Preferred modes: UPI, IMPS and Bank Transfer.
• Credit Card payments attract a 2.5% PayU charge and require prior intimation.
• Credit Card payments should be completed on the arrival day due to settlement time.

Cancellation Policy

• 10+ days before arrival: 100% refund.
• Within 10 days of arrival: Non-refundable.
