Experience a scenic 5-day journey through Meghalaya, beginning with Shillong and continuing through Cherrapunji, Mawlynnong, Dawki and Jowai before departure from Guwahati. The itinerary combines waterfalls, caves, viewpoints, living root bridges, lakes and Khasi cultural landscapes.

Begin with Shillong sightseeing at Ward's Lake, Lady Hydari Park, the Cathedral of Mary Help of Christians, Shillong Peak and Elephant Falls. Continue towards Cherrapunji via Mawphlang Sacred Forest, Arwah Cave, Wah Kaba Falls and Mawkdok Dympep Valley View Point.

Discover Cherrapunji’s natural wonders at Dainthlen Falls, Wei Sawdong Falls, Nohkalikai Falls, Mawsmai Cave, Seven Sisters Falls and Kynrem Falls. The journey then continues through Mawlynnong for the Balancing Rock and Living Root Bridge before reaching Dawki, with an evening visit to the Umngot River if time permits.

On the final day, travel via Jowai and explore Krang Suri Waterfall, Phe Phe Falls, Tyrshi Falls and Thadlaskein Lake. Continue through Meghalaya’s scenic landscapes towards Guwahati Airport or railway station, concluding a compact journey filled with waterfalls, caves, rivers and hill scenery.

  • Anything not specifically mentioned in the confirmed Booking Voucher is excluded and may require additional payment.
  • Room heaters or any other heating arrangements are not included in the package. At hotels that are not centrally heated, room heaters are provided subject to availability and are chargeable separately as per the respective hotel's policy. The applicable charges shall be payable directly by the guest.
  • Personal expenses such as shopping, laundry, tips, snacks, beverages, additional meals, monument entry tickets, cave entry fees, boating charges, kayaking, snorkeling, scuba diving, zipline, cliff jumping, local guide charges, camera charges, activity charges, and any other optional services are not included unless specifically mentioned in the confirmed Booking Voucher.
  • Entry fees for museums, parks, eco parks, caves, waterfalls, living root bridges, viewpoints, and other tourist attractions are not included unless specifically mentioned in the confirmed Booking Voucher.
  • Boating and adventure activities at destinations such as Dawki, Shnongpdeng, Umngot River, and other locations are optional and payable directly by the guest. These activities are subject to weather conditions and local authority permissions.
  • Any sightseeing, destinations, monuments, routes, vehicle usage, waiting time, repeated visits, or itinerary changes not mentioned in the confirmed itinerary, or requested by the guest during the tour, will be chargeable as per the applicable transportation rates.
  • During periods of heavy rainfall, landslides, road closures, dense fog, adverse weather conditions, or government restrictions, certain sightseeing points, waterfalls, caves, trekking routes, and adventure activities may remain closed or inaccessible. If alternate transportation, route changes, or additional arrangements become necessary, the applicable charges shall be payable by the guest.

  • Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by the respective hotel policies. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
  • Guests are responsible for taking care of their personal belongings, valuables, cash, jewellery, passports, and electronic items throughout the journey. The company shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
  • Any damage caused by guests to hotel property, vehicles, or equipment during the tour shall be payable directly by the guest.
  • Guests are requested to respect local customs, traditions, environmental guidelines, and destination-specific regulations throughout the journey.
  • Photography, videography, or drone flying may be restricted at certain locations due to security, wildlife, religious, or government regulations. Guests are responsible for complying with all applicable rules.
  • The package category selected by the guest is different from the room category. Both the package category and room category are separately mentioned in the proposal and confirmed Booking Voucher. Guests are requested not to confuse the package category with the room category.
  • Meals are provided based on the number of hotel nights booked. For example, a stay of 5 nights includes 5 breakfasts and 5 dinners wherever applicable.
  • The included meal plan follows the fixed menu and meal timings prescribed by the respective hotel.

  • Extra bed charges are applicable for guests aged 10 years and above. Children between 5 and 10 years are accommodated under CNB (Child No Bed). Children below 5 years stay complimentary unless specified otherwise.
  • If you require any specific room amenities, room views, floor preferences, balcony rooms, twin beds, lift access, or any other special requirements, please inform us before confirming the booking. We will coordinate with the hotel to check availability. Once the booking is confirmed, hotel allocations cannot be modified based on such requests.
  • Electricity supply in remote regions of Meghalaya may occasionally fluctuate due to weather conditions, local power availability, or maintenance work. Temporary power interruptions may occur from time to time.
  • Some remote destinations in Meghalaya include:

  • Hotels in remote destinations generally provide basic facilities. Electricity supply, power backup, mobile network connectivity, hot water availability, food variety, and other amenities may vary from property to property. Guests are requested to clarify any specific expectations before confirming the booking.
  • The trek to the Double Decker Living Root Bridge at Nongriat involves approximately 3,000+ steps each way. Guests should assess their physical fitness before planning the trek. Senior citizens, guests with knee problems, heart conditions, or breathing difficulties are advised to consult their doctor before undertaking the trek.
  • Boating activities at Dawki, Shnongpdeng, and other rivers are subject to weather conditions, water levels, and local authority permissions. Activities may be suspended without prior notice for safety reasons.
  • During the monsoon season and periods of heavy rainfall, waterfalls, caves, trekking routes, and certain roads may be temporarily closed or inaccessible due to safety reasons or government restrictions.
  • During weekends, long weekends, school holidays, and peak tourist seasons, destinations such as Shillong, Cherrapunji, Dawki, Mawlynnong, and Laitlum Canyon may experience heavy traffic and longer waiting times. Guests are advised to begin sightseeing early in the morning to make the best use of their day.
  • Mobile network connectivity is generally available on Airtel, Jio, BSNL, and Vi. However, connectivity and internet speeds may be limited or unavailable in remote villages and border areas.
  • If a GST invoice is required, an additional 5% GST will be applicable on the package cost.
  • Original government-issued photo identification is mandatory wherever required. Accepted documents include Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, and Voter ID.
  • Transportation is provided on a point-to-point basis and not on disposal. Any additional routes, sightseeing, waiting time, vehicle usage, or itinerary changes requested during the tour will be chargeable as per the applicable transportation rates.
  • Any concerns related to the driver, vehicle, hotel, or services should be reported immediately during the journey so that timely assistance and resolution can be provided.
  • Transportation costs are subject to revision in case of any sudden increase in fuel prices, government taxes, toll charges, parking fees, permit charges, or other unforeseen operational expenses beyond our control. Any additional cost, if applicable, will be communicated to the guest and charged accordingly.

A minimum advance payment of 30% is required to confirm the booking.
The remaining 70% payment must be completed one day before departure from Srinagar.

Preferred payment methods are UPI, IMPS, and direct bank account transfer.
Credit card payments attract an additional 2.5% PayU settlement charge. Prior intimation is required, and such payments must be completed on the arrival day as settlement processing may take additional time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation made 21 days or more before the arrival date is eligible for a 100% refund.
Cancellation made within 21 days of arrival will be treated as non-refundable.
