6 Days Jammu and Kashmir Trip Overview

After hotel check-in, the itinerary proceeds with the trek from Katra towards the shrine on Trikuta Mountain, covering Banganga and Ardhkuwari before reaching Bhavan for darshan. The return trek follows the same route back to Katra, where the day concludes with dinner and overnight stay. This initial phase is centered entirely on the pilgrimage route and temple visits.

The middle section transitions from Katra into the Kashmir Valley via the Chenani–Nashri Tunnel and Banihal route. En route, stops include Verinag Spring and Martand Sun Temple before arrival in Pahalgam, where time is allocated for exploring the local market and surroundings. The journey then continues towards Srinagar, with route stops at a bat factory and a Kesar Garden, followed by shopping at Lal Chowk Market after reaching Srinagar for overnight stay.
