• Anything not mentioned in the confirmed Booking Voucher is excluded and may be chargeable.
• Personal expenses, shopping, laundry, tips, snacks, beverages, extra meals, entry tickets, camera and activity charges are excluded.
• Mandatory local union taxis, authorized vehicles, shuttles or vehicle changes are excluded and payable directly by the guest.
• Extra destinations, sightseeing points, routes, monuments or attractions are chargeable.
• Route or itinerary changes due to weather, road closures, government restrictions or operational reasons may attract additional charges.
• Extra transportation, sightseeing, waiting or route deviations requested by the guest are chargeable.

• Hotel check-in/check-out is as per hotel policy. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable.

• Meals are provided as per the number of hotel nights booked.

• Weekends, Christmas, New Year, Carnival and peak periods may cause heavy traffic, parking restrictions and waiting times.
• Water sports, dolphin trips, island excursions and sea activities are subject to weather, sea conditions and local permissions.
• Self-drive vehicles, scooters, bikes and rentals are available at extra cost. Guests must follow licence, traffic and rental rules.
• Paid parking at beaches and tourist areas, where applicable, is payable directly by the guest.
• Outside food, beverages or alcohol may not be allowed at some hotels and resorts.
• Clear expectations before booking help ensure a smooth and comfortable journey.
• If a GST invoice is required, an additional 5% GST will apply.
• Carry original government-issued photo ID for hotel check-in.
• Airtel, Jio, BSNL and Vi generally provide good connectivity across Goa.
• Transport is point-to-point and not on disposal. Extra routes, sightseeing, waiting or vehicle usage may be chargeable.
• Report any hotel, driver, vehicle or service issue immediately for timely assistance.
• Transport charges may change due to fuel, taxes, tolls, parking or unforeseen operational costs.

Booking Policy

• Minimum 30% advance required to confirm the booking.
• Remaining 70% must be paid one day before departure from Srinagar.

Payment Terms

• Preferred modes: UPI, IMPS and Bank Transfer.
• Credit Card payments attract a 2.5% PayU charge and require prior intimation.
• Credit Card payment should be completed on the arrival day.

Cancellation Policy

• 21+ days before arrival: 100% refund.
• Within 21 days of arrival: Non-refundable.
