• Self-drive vehicles, scooters, bikes and rentals are available at extra cost. Guests must follow licence, traffic and rental rules.
• Paid parking at beaches and tourist areas, where applicable, is payable directly by the guest.
• Outside food, beverages or alcohol may not be allowed at some hotels and resorts.

Booking Policy

• Minimum 30% advance required to confirm the booking.
• Remaining 70% must be paid one day before departure from Srinagar.

• Credit Card payments attract a 2.5% PayU charge and require prior intimation.
• Credit Card payment should be completed on the arrival day.

• 21+ days before arrival: 100% refund.
