• Anything not mentioned in the confirmed Booking Voucher is excluded and may be chargeable.
• Transport AC charges are extra if requested.

• Personal expenses, shopping, laundry, tips, snacks, beverages, extra meals, entry tickets, activities, jeep safaris, VIP darshan, pooja and aarti charges are excluded.
• In Mussoorie and Nainital, large vehicles may be restricted in some sightseeing areas. Local taxi charges, if required, are payable directly by the guest.
• Extra sightseeing, routes, waiting, vehicle usage or itinerary changes due to guest request, weather, road closures or government restrictions may attract additional charges.

Hotel Stay & Room Policy

• Hotel check-in/check-out is as per hotel policy. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable.
• Package category and room category are different and mentioned separately in the confirmed Booking Voucher.
• Share room, view, floor, heating, lift, balcony, interconnected room or other requirements before booking. Preferences are subject to availability.
• Remote hotels may provide basic facilities. Power, hot water, heating, mobile network, food and other amenities may vary by property.

Meals & Occupancy

• Meals are provided as per the number of hotel nights booked.
• Meals follow the hotel’s fixed menu and timings.

Jim Corbett National Park

• Safaris are subject to Forest Department permits, zones, weather and regulations.
• Carry the original photo ID used for safari booking.
• Wildlife or tiger sightings cannot be guaranteed.
• Report at the safari gate on time. Late arrival may result in cancellation without refund.
• Only authorized Jeep or Canter vehicles are permitted inside safari zones.
• Smoking, alcohol, littering, feeding wildlife, loud music and leaving the vehicle are prohibited.
• Safari timings are fixed by the Forest Department and vary by season.

Travel & Transportation

• Transport is point-to-point as per the confirmed itinerary and not on disposal.
• Extra sightseeing, waiting, vehicle usage or route deviations may attract additional charges.
• Travel time depends on mountain roads, weather, traffic and local advisories.
• Popular destinations may experience heavy traffic during weekends, holidays and peak season.
• Transport charges may change due to fuel, taxes, tolls, parking, permits or operational costs.

Remote Destinations

• Electricity may fluctuate in remote areas due to weather, maintenance or local power conditions.

Documents & Billing

• Carry original government-issued photo ID wherever required.
• If a GST invoice is required, an additional 5% GST will apply.

Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are responsible for their belongings, valuables, cash and documents.
• Any damage to hotel property, vehicles or equipment is payable by the guest.
• Respect local customs, environmental guidelines and destination regulations.
• Follow photography, videography and drone restrictions wherever applicable.
• Report any hotel, driver, vehicle, safari or service issue immediately for timely assistance.
• Clear expectations before booking help ensure a smooth and comfortable journey.

Booking Policy

• Minimum 30% advance required to confirm the booking.
• Remaining 70% must be paid one day before departure from Srinagar.

Payment Terms

• Preferred modes: UPI, IMPS and Bank Transfer.
• Credit Card payments attract a 2.5% PayU charge and require prior intimation.
• Credit Card payment should be completed on the arrival day.

Cancellation Policy

• 21+ days before arrival: 100% refund.
• Within 21 days of arrival: Non-refundable.
