6 Days Sikkim Trip Overview

The journey begins with arrival at Bagdogra, followed by a scenic uphill drive through tea gardens and forested slopes to reach Darjeeling in the Eastern Himalayas.

A full day explores Darjeeling’s sunrise viewpoints, monasteries and hill landmarks spread across the ridge and surrounding slopes before crossing state borders toward Sikkim.

The route then travels from Darjeeling to Gangtok via winding mountain roads and river valleys, gradually ascending into the capital city of Sikkim.

In Gangtok, city viewpoints, waterfalls and cultural centres are covered before heading further east toward the high-altitude border region.

The Nathula Pass excursion follows the historic Silk Route corridor with stops at Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir before returning to Gangtok.

On the final day, the journey descends from the Himalayan hills back to Bagdogra, concluding the Darjeeling and Gangtok mountain circuit.
