Mobile Network & Connectivity

• Mobile networks are generally available, but may be limited in North Sikkim, Tsomgo Lake, Nathula Pass, Lachung, and Lachen.
• Network depends on weather and local infrastructure. Guests should expect possible interruptions.

Accommodation & Meal Policy

• Package category and room category are different and separately mentioned in the proposal and Booking Voucher.
• Meals are provided according to the number of hotel nights booked.
• Meals follow the hotel’s fixed menu and timings.

• Carry 2 passport-size photographs and original Voter ID or Driving License for permits where required.

• Remote areas include Lachung, Lachen, Yumthang Valley, Gurudongmar Lake, Zero Point, Katao, Zuluk, Nathang Valley, Tsomgo Lake, and Nathula Pass.
• Electricity, power backup, mobile network, hot water, heating, and food options may vary.
• Remote hotels generally provide basic facilities compared to city hotels.
• Weather, snowfall, landslides, and government rules may affect facilities and sightseeing.
• Clarify any specific hotel, heating, or room expectations before confirmation.
• Clear expectations help ensure a smoother travel experience.

Transportation Guidelines

• Transport is point-to-point as per the confirmed itinerary and is not on disposal.
• Vehicle changes may be mandatory due to local taxi union rules.
• Sikkim and West Bengal taxis operate according to applicable local restrictions.
• Local union vehicles may be mandatory for Nathula Pass and Tsomgo Lake.

Travel Essentials & Health

• ATMs, fuel stations, medical stores, and repair facilities may be limited in remote areas. Carry cash and essentials.
• Carry warm clothing, rain protection, gloves, caps, and comfortable footwear.
• High-altitude areas may cause discomfort. Stay hydrated, avoid overexertion, and acclimatize properly.
• Carry medicines, first aid, toiletries, snacks, and a power bank.
• Power interruptions may occur. Keep phones, cameras, and power banks charged.

• Rooms are standard category unless otherwise confirmed.

• Nathula Pass permits are non-refundable once issued.

• Travel with light luggage, especially for Lachung and Lachen.
• Carry only essential baggage for North Sikkim. Keep excess luggage at the hotel where available.
• Porter services are generally unavailable in North Sikkim.

Pricing & Operational Policy

Booking Policy

• Remaining 70% must be paid one day before departure from Srinagar.

• Credit Card payment should be completed on the arrival day.

Cancellation Policy

• 21+ days before arrival: 100% refund.
• Within 21 days of arrival: Non-refundable.
