• Postpaid Airtel, Jio and BSNL generally work across Jammu & Kashmir. Prepaid SIMs from other states may not work.
• Local tourist SIMs may be available in Srinagar, subject to verification.
• Network and internet may be limited in remote areas.

Vaishno Devi Yatra Guidelines

• The Yatra starts from Katra. Private and tourist vehicles operate only up to Katra.
• From Katra, guests may travel on foot or use Pony, Palki, Pitthu, Battery Car, Ropeway or Helicopter where available.
• Yatra Registration is mandatory. Guests are responsible for registration; assistance can be provided where required.
• Helicopter, VIP Darshan, Battery Car, Ropeway, Pony, Palki and Pitthu are subject to Shrine Board rules and availability.
• Waiting time may increase during weekends, festivals, Navratri, New Year and peak pilgrimage periods.

Transportation Guidelines

• Transport is point-to-point as per the confirmed itinerary and not on disposal.
• Local sightseeing in Pahalgam, Gulmarg, Sonamarg and Gurez Valley requires Local Taxi Union vehicles and is payable directly by the guest.
• During snowfall or adverse weather, local union, chain-fitted, 4×4 or snow vehicles may be mandatory and chargeable.
• Travel time depends on weather, roads, traffic, landslides, maintenance and local advisories.
• Transport charges may change due to fuel, taxes, tolls, parking, union rates or operational costs.

Documents & Billing

• Carry original government-issued photo ID wherever required.
• If a GST invoice is required, an additional 5% GST will apply.

Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are responsible for their belongings, valuables, cash and documents.
• Any damage to hotel property, vehicles or equipment is payable by the guest.
• Respect local customs, religious places, environmental guidelines and destination regulations.
• Follow photography, videography and drone restrictions wherever applicable.
• Report any hotel, driver, vehicle or service issue immediately for timely assistance.

Booking Policy

• Minimum 30% advance required to confirm the booking.
• Remaining 70% must be paid one day before departure from Srinagar.

Payment Terms

• Credit Card payments attract a 2.5% PayU charge and require prior intimation.
