6 Days Himachal Pradesh Trip Overview

This 6-day Himachal Pradesh winter tour begins in Chandigarh and proceeds through Kalka, Solan and Shoghi towards Shimla. After leisure time at Mall Road, the Shimla sightseeing programme covers Jakhoo Temple, The Ridge, Christ Church, Viceregal Lodge, Himachal State Museum and Kali Bari Temple. Travel and sightseeing timings may vary depending on fog, snowfall, visibility and local conditions.

From Shimla, the winter route continues through Kufri, Fagu and Theog towards Narkanda for an overnight stay. Outdoor sightseeing along this section remains dependent on weather, visibility, traffic and local conditions.

The journey then moves deeper into the mountains from Narkanda towards Chitkul, stopping at Sarahan for Bhimakali Temple before continuing through Karcham and Sangla Valley. Chitkul forms the overnight halt, with sightseeing and access subject to winter weather and local conditions.

From Chitkul, the itinerary continues through Sangla and Kamru Fort before passing Karcham and Reckong Peo towards the Kalpa region. Roghi Village and Suicide Point are included before reaching Kalpa for the final overnight stay. Access to Suicide Point is subject to road, snow and weather conditions, while Kinnaur Kailash views depend on weather and visibility.
