• Any damage to hotel property, vehicles, or equipment is payable by the guest.

• Photography, videography, and drones may be restricted at temples, monuments, wildlife areas, dams, archaeological sites, and government locations.

• Electricity, power backup, mobile network, hot water, and food options may vary in remote properties.
• Wildlife safaris are subject to Forest Department rules, availability, weather, and government regulations.
• Tamil Nadu temples may have strict dress codes and fixed darshan timings.
• Travel time in hills, forests, and heritage areas depends on roads, terrain, traffic, and local restrictions.
• Weekends, holidays, and peak seasons may cause heavy traffic and long waiting times.
• If a GST invoice is required, an additional 5% GST will apply.
• Original government-issued photo ID is mandatory wherever required.
• Mobile networks are generally good, but coverage may be limited in remote forests and hill stations.
• Transport is point-to-point and not on disposal. Extra sightseeing, waiting, route changes, or vehicle usage are chargeable.
• Report any driver, vehicle, hotel, or service concern immediately during the trip.
• Transport costs may change due to fuel prices, taxes, tolls, permits, parking, or operational expenses. Any extra cost will be communicated.

Booking Policy

• Minimum 30% advance required to confirm the booking.
• Remaining 70% must be paid one day before departure from Srinagar.

Payment Terms

• Preferred modes: UPI, IMPS and Bank Transfer.
• Credit Card payments attract a 2.5% PayU charge and require prior intimation.
• Credit Card payment should be completed on the arrival day.

Cancellation Policy

• 21+ days before arrival: 100% refund.
• Within 21 days of arrival: Non-refundable.
