• White Rann, Devalia Safari Park, Gir Safari, Statue of Unity and other government attractions are subject to permits, availability and operating timings.
• Safaris, temple darshan, boating, ropeways and activities are subject to weather, availability and local regulations.
• Clear expectations before booking help ensure a smooth and comfortable journey.
• If a GST invoice is required, an additional 5% GST will apply.
• Carry original government-issued photo ID wherever required.
• Airtel, Jio, BSNL and Vi generally provide connectivity, but coverage may be limited in the White Rann, Gir Forest and remote coastal areas.
• Transport is point-to-point and not on disposal. Extra routes, sightseeing, waiting or vehicle usage may be chargeable.
• Report any hotel, driver, vehicle or service issue immediately for timely assistance.
• Transport charges may change due to fuel, taxes, tolls, parking, permits or unforeseen operational costs.

Booking Policy

• Minimum 30% advance required to confirm the booking.
• Remaining 70% must be paid one day before departure from Srinagar.

Payment Terms

• Preferred modes: UPI, IMPS and Bank Transfer.
• Credit Card payments attract a 2.5% PayU charge and require prior intimation.
• Credit Card payment should be completed on the arrival day.

Cancellation Policy

• 21+ days before arrival: 100% refund.
• Within 21 days of arrival: Non-refundable.
