• Anything not mentioned in the confirmed Booking Voucher is excluded and may be chargeable.
• Personal expenses, shopping, laundry, tips, snacks, beverages, extra meals, entry tickets, camera and activity charges are excluded.
• Mandatory local union taxis, authorized vehicles, shuttles or vehicle changes are excluded and payable directly by the guest.
• Extra destinations, sightseeing points, routes, monuments or attractions are chargeable.
• Route or itinerary changes due to weather, road closures, government restrictions or operational reasons may attract additional charges.
• Extra transportation, sightseeing, waiting or route deviations requested by the guest are chargeable.

• Hotel check-in/check-out is as per hotel policy. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable.
• Guests are responsible for personal belongings, valuables, cash, documents and electronic items.
• Any damage to hotel property, vehicles or equipment is payable by the guest.
• Guests must respect local customs, environmental guidelines and destination regulations.
• Photography, videography and drones may be restricted at certain locations. Guests must follow applicable rules.
• Package category and room category are different and mentioned separately in the confirmed Booking Voucher.
• Meals are provided as per the number of hotel nights booked.

• Hotel & Room Preferences:
• Share any room, view, floor, heating, lift, balcony or other requirements before booking confirmation.
• Preferences are subject to availability. Alternative or higher-category hotels may be suggested.
• Special requests cannot be guaranteed or modified after booking confirmation.
• Clear expectations before booking help ensure a smooth and comfortable journey.
• If a GST invoice is required, an additional 5% GST will apply.
• Carry original government-issued photo ID such as Aadhaar, Passport, Driving Licence or Voter ID.
• Transport in Delhi is point-to-point and not on disposal. Extra routes may attract additional charges.
• Report any driver, vehicle or service issue immediately for timely assistance.
• Transport charges may change due to fuel prices, taxes, tolls, union rates or unforeseen operational costs.
• Any applicable additional cost will be communicated to the guest.

Booking Policy

• Minimum 30% advance required to confirm the booking.
• Remaining 70% must be paid one day before departure from Srinagar.

Payment Terms

• Preferred modes: UPI, IMPS and Bank Transfer.
• Credit Card payments attract a 2.5% PayU charge and require prior intimation.
• Credit Card payment should be completed on the arrival day.

Cancellation Policy

• 21+ days before arrival: 100% refund.
• Within 21 days of arrival: Non-refundable.
