• Network and internet may be limited in remote hills, forests, and coastal areas.
• Digital payments are widely accepted, but carry sufficient cash for remote areas.

Transportation Guidelines

• Transport is point-to-point as per the confirmed itinerary and is not on disposal.
• Hill travel time depends on ghat roads, weather, traffic, and local regulations.
• Weekends, holidays, and peak seasons may increase travel time.
• Extra sightseeing, waiting, repeat visits, or route changes may attract additional charges.

Travel Essentials & Health

• Carry light clothing for cities and coastal areas, and warm clothing for hill stations.
• Carry sunscreen, sunglasses, comfortable footwear, cap, umbrella, and drinking water.
• Carry sufficient cash, medicines, and essentials while travelling to remote hill areas.

Important Travel Advisory

• Boating, safaris, toy trains, ropeways, and activities depend on weather, schedules, and regulations.
• Photography and drones may be restricted in temples, defence areas, monuments, wildlife zones, and protected locations.
• Follow instructions from temple authorities, forest officials, operators, guides, and local administration.
• If a GST invoice is required, an additional 5% GST will apply.
• Original government-issued photo ID is mandatory wherever required.
• Report any driver, vehicle, hotel, or service concern immediately during the trip.

Booking Policy
