6 Days Ladakh Trip Overview

This 6-day Leh Lamayuru Nubra Pangong circuit begins in Leh with acclimatization and local sightseeing around the town and Indus Valley region. The second day moves westward along the Leh–Kargil highway corridor, covering ancient monastery clusters and river confluence landscapes before returning to Leh.

The journey then shifts north across Khardung La Pass into Nubra Valley, where high mountain terrain gradually transitions into a cold desert setting. After exploring Nubra, the route continues eastward via the Shyok River corridor toward Pangong Tso, following a remote and scenic high-altitude stretch.

From Pangong, the itinerary crosses Chang La Pass and re-enters the central Ladakh belt, covering monastery-rich valleys before returning to Leh. This structured circuit connects western monastery regions, northern desert valleys, and eastern lake landscapes while maintaining a balanced altitude progression before departure.
