Jaipur retains its old-world charm with the hues of pink all over the city. Indulge in an adventurous cycling expedition to Nahargarh Fort to witness the pink city in the hues of orange from the top as the sun sets. The magnificent city painted with vivid hues of blue in Jodhpur is a delight to one's eyes. We do our best to give passengers travelling on any of our holidays, an enjoyable and trouble free vacation but occasionally plans go wrong. Should you have any complaint, please inform your tour manager (at the same time), who will do everything possible to resolve the matter immediately. If the situation is not resolved to your satisfaction, then you must notify the company within 28 days of the tour ending in writing. If you do not write to us within this time, this will affect the investigation and outcome of the complaint. Any disputes between clients and Chal Banjare Shall be governed by Jurisdiction on India.
Early Check-in / Late Check –out
Please note that standard check-in / Checkout time in most hotels is 1200 Hrs. (IST). Therefore cost of early check-in or Late check-out is not included in the tour cost. We can always make a request for early check-in or late checkout if required but we do not guarantee that, that entirely depend upon the policy of the hotel, time of the year and availability of the room.
Extra Uses of our Vehicle
Please note that cost of the vehicle (car / coaches with the driver) does not include extra usage of vehicle like after transfer or after sightseeing until or unless it is mentioned in the itinerary.
Rights to amend the itinerary if required
Tour once commenced will strictly go as per the itinerary finalized. In case of events and circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or parts of the contents of the itinerary for safety and well-being of our esteemed passengers. On the extra cost as applicable by the region union.
Surcharge
The Price of your travel arrangement is subject to surcharges in case of sudden hike in fuel prices, schedule airfare and any taxes levied by the government. Even in this case, we will try to absorb an amount of 2%, amount exceeding over 2% will be surcharged.
• Package booking amount is non-refundable but transferable
• Transport booking amount is refundable
• Booking amount can be used or postpone or you can use to any of our services or even can transfer to any of your know.
• If you don’t have any plan in future then you need to give us 30 days maximum to refund the amount. As till we don’t use the same hotels and adjust the payment made against your booking we won’t be able to refund the amount.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY APPLICABLE DUE TO COVID-19 PANDAMIC
• In view of the pandemic situation across the world, we are commited to our clients and would like to insure their booking with us with a 100% refund policy if the booking is cancelled due to covid-19 restrictions applied by the governing bodies of the state/country.
• Clients with supporting documents shall be refunded 100 percent against their booking cancellation in case their trip/tour has been called of due to restriction by central/state/international agencies, the client can submit proof if their travel bookings along with any of the government forced guidelines restricting travel during unprecedented pandemic times,
