 Itinerary
  • Meet and greet the representative at the pre-decided location in Srinagar.
  • Get transferred to your hotel where you can check in and relax for some time.
  • You will then be visiting the marvellous Mughal creations starting with the Chashmi-E-Shahi which is a natural water spring.
  • Stroll around the famous landscapes created by the Mughals and watch the sunset over the Dal Lake as you embark on your Shikara Ride on its rolling waters.
  • Return back for a delicious dinner at the hotel.
  • Overnight stay at the hotel in Srinagar
  • After waking up early in the morning, have some delicious breakfast.
  • Get ready for a scenic drive to Pahalgam which is also the starting point for Amarnath Yatra.
  • Transfer to Pahalgam and Check into the hotel and start your day tour.
  • Pahalgam with its lovely meadows, gurgling streams, apple orchards and a variety of trees, from pine to deodar, resembles a marvellous portrait.
  • This beautiful valley also houses a number of trekking trails, camping sites and river rafting in the gushing Lidder river.
  • Return back to the hotel for dinner
  • Overnight stay in Pahalgam.
  • After having a filling breakfast, drive back to Srinagar to visit the famous Mughal Gardens including the Nishat Bagh (the garden of Pleasure) and the Shalimar Bagh (abode of love).
  • These gardens are situated on the banks of Dal lake. Nishat Bagh is the larger of the two gardens and has an impressive plantation of Chinar trees on its highest terrace.
  • You will also visit the Shankaracharya Temple and Hazratbal Shrine.
  • In the evening, you can go on a shopping spree at the busting Lal Chowk where you can buy leather goods, embroidered mats and carpets, antique jewellery and the highly demanded Pashmina shawls.
  • Return back to the hotel for an overnight stay in Srinagar.
  • After having a sumptuous breakfast, check out from the hotel and head towards the crown jewel of Kashmir - Gulmarg.
  • Reach Gulmarg, meaning The Meadow of Flowers, which is also a very popular Ski Resort.

  • Later you can try sliding down the slopes, by trying a hand at Skiing and Snow Boarding.

  • Anything that is not specifically mentioned in the tour plan or itinerary is Excluded.
  • Personal shopping, food expenses, monument visits, and garden visits.
  • Sightseeing at Pahalgam, Sonamarg, Gulmarg, and Gurez: For sightseeing in these locations, you will need to hire a Union taxi at your own expense. The payment for the taxi service will be separate and not included in the package.
  • Route Places or Destinations: If there are any additional route places or destinations that are not mentioned in the itinerary, they will be considered outside the scope of the package. Any expenses related to visiting these places will be your responsibility.
  • Changes in Route Plan or Stay: In case of unavoidable circumstances requiring changes in the route plan or stay, any additional costs incurred due to these changes will be paid directly to the driver or the hotel. We strive to accommodate such situations and provide you with the necessary assistance.
  • Road Closure During Winter: During the winter months, certain roads may be closed due to heavy snowfall. In such cases, our vehicles may not be allowed to move as a precautionary measure. Special jeeps with chains on wheels may be available for hire, and the cost for this service will be borne by you. We can assist you in arranging these vehicles at an additional cost.
  • Restrictions in Gulmarg: Please note that in Gulmarg, the horseman union does not allow vehicles to pick up or drop guests at/from the Gondola. Additionally, sightseeing tours by vehicles inside Gulmarg are not permitted. Attractions like Apharwat, Khilanmarg, and Kongdori peaks are primarily for skiing and the Kanchenjunga Museum is not included in the package.
  • Sonamarg Closure: During the winter months, Sonamarg remains closed, and vehicles can only go up to Gagangir. Please plan your itinerary accordingly.
  • Road Conditions and Liability: Roads from Jammu to Srinagar may be open for traffic alternatively or may be temporarily suspended depending on weather conditions and heavy snowfall. We cannot control road conditions and will not be liable for any road closures or related circumstances. However, we will provide the best possible assistance in such situations.
  • Exclusions: Please note that Thajiwas Glacier, Fish Pond, Zero Point Krishansar, and Vishansar Lake at Sonamarg are not included in the given cost. Any expenses incurred for visiting these attractions will be your responsibility.

  • Flight and Transportation: Winter weather can occasionally cause disruptions in flight schedules. Stay updated with your airline for any changes or delays. While traveling within Srinagar, opt for reliable transportation options like pre-arranged taxis or hired vehicles with experienced drivers who are accustomed to winter driving conditions.
  • Accommodation: Choose accommodations that provide adequate heating facilities to keep you warm during the cold nights. Ensure that the selected hotel or guesthouse has proper insulation and heating arrangements.

  • For the services contracted, 5000/- advance payment should be made to hold the booking on a confirmed basis.
  • We hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as an advance payment, based on the nature of services and the time left for the commencement of the services.
  •  Apart from the above, in some cases, such as special train journeys or hotel/resort bookings during the peak season, full payment is required to be sent in advance. This information will be provided before placing an advance to the customer. Once the advance is received, no one from the Chal Banjare team will request any additional amount until the mentioned due date.

  • Cancellation before 30 days: If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before the scheduled trip, you are eligible for a refund. We will process the refund for the amount paid, considering any non-refundable components of the package.
  • Transfer booking: If you decide to postpone your travel plans and would like to reschedule your trip for a later date, we are happy to accommodate your request. You can transfer your booking to a future date, subject to availability and any applicable price differences. Please note that if the rescheduled booking falls within the non-refundable period, the cancellation policy for that period will apply.
  • Cancellation within 30 days: If you cancel your booking within 30 days of the scheduled trip, the amount paid for the package will not be eligible for a refund. However, we understand that circumstances can change, and we are here to assist you in exploring alternative options within our services.
